Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We don't ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). During new drops and busy periods, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.
Shipping rates and delivery
Free standard shipping on all US orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and address.
Delivery times after shipping depend on the method you choose at checkout and are shown there as an estimate. Carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your orders by signing in to your account.
Lost, stolen or incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbours and your local carrier first, then contact us at hello@smushd.us and we'll help.
